Items are only held for customers when they have used the Direct Deposit payment method upon checkout from our online store. This payment option provides customers with 3 days to finalise their payment for ordered goods - all items on that order will be held for the customer. If no payment is received within the specified time frame all items will be returned to the store for re-sale.
We are a second hand online clothing store specialising in quality brand name items with the odd rare, funky vintage piece. We accept clothes, shoes, hats & accessories. We hand select our items to ensure they meet our Perfectly Preloved standard. Brands such as Witchery, Country Road, French Connection, SABA, CUE, Seed Heritage, Life with Bird, Sass&Bide, Camilla, Polo Ralph Lauren, Ben Sherman are some of the many quality brands we consign. We are always on the look out for more women's, men's & children's wear.
We run strictly on a consignment basis only. We will not buy items for re-sale.
We sell your second hand un-wanted items for you on a consignment basis, which means we take the stock off your hands for a specific period of time. All items handed over to us remain the property of the consignor (you) not the consignee (us). When your item sells it becomes the property of purchaser. Consigned items must be washed and clean before we take them, soiled or lower quality garments will not be accepted. Once your item sells the net profits are fairly divided between consignor and consignee and paid at the end of each month during a consignment period. There is no fee to consign - its free!
